Licensing & access
ShowPlayer works with shows and materials that you license directly from the rights holder (such as a publisher or licensing company). Access to show content in the App may be tied to a valid, active license and may be time-limited to match your licensed performance window. ShowPlayer does not sell or grant performance rights and does not change your licensing terms.

Using ShowPlayer with students & children
ShowPlayer can be used by students and young performers under the supervision of adults (such as teachers, parents, or production staff). The App does not require an account, does not collect personal identifying information, and does not introduce additional content beyond the show materials provided for your production.
Appropriateness for children depends on the content of the underlying show (for example, youth-oriented titles versus general or adult-audience productions). For details on how we handle data in the App, please review our Privacy Policy.

To help us resolve issues quickly, please include as many of the following details as you can when you contact support:
- Your name and organization (school, theatre, church, etc.).
- The show title and licensor (if applicable).
- Whether you are using the demo show or a licensed production.
- The operating system and device(s) you are running ShowPlayer on.
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Any screenshots or logs that might help illustrate the issue.
